Tell us what you are looking for

You do not need to know which practice you want. Describing what is going on is plenty — and if the honest answer is that this is not right for you, you will be told.

A few sentences is plenty. There is no right way to write this.

Questions we are asked most

I am new to meditation. Can I join?

Definitely. The course is designed for anyone who wants to explore the world of meditation, and it is equally suitable for spiritual seekers who want to take an existing practice to the next level. It is ideal for anyone looking for transformation and liberation in their life. The focus is on the experience and the transformation rather than on simply delivering practices.

What does the course cost, and what is included?

There are three fees, because there are three ways to take it: €500 one on one, €900 for a couple, and €350 per person in a small group of five to ten. Either way it is the same seven days — 4 hours 30 minutes of teaching daily, in three sessions of an hour and a half, each one theory, practice and the sharing of experience, with the first practised to music. Energy healing treatment is included, along with full support during the week and continuing spiritual guidance afterwards. The course is non-residential, so food and accommodation are not included, and no certificate is issued.

Where and when does it run?

Goa, at Arambol, from 10 November to 10 March; Rishikesh, in Upper Tapovan, and Dharamshala, in Upper Bhagsu, from April to September. Each course runs as a fixed seven-day window — the full list of dates is on the course page, and both addresses open in a map. Consultations can also be held over a call at any time of year.

Is there anyone the course is not suitable for?

Yes. It is not suitable for people suffering from major health issues, for people recovering after major surgery, or for anyone under eighteen. The course is highly individual and has therapeutical aspects, so if you are uncertain, say so when you write — an honest no is a perfectly acceptable outcome.

Is this religious?

The practices come from Indian contemplative traditions — Patanjali, Shiva, Buddha, Osho's work in the last century, etc. — and that is said plainly rather than sanded off. But nothing is asked of your beliefs. People of every faith and of none practise here, and it has never been an obstacle.

What actually happens in a spiritual consultation?

Sixty to ninety minutes of conversation, in person or over a call. You talk about where you are — with practice, or with something harder — and you are met with questions rather than instructions. Sometimes you leave with a practice to try, sometimes with a better question. Energy healing and chakra work can be part of it. It is not therapy, and if what you need is therapy you will be told so.
