Where to begin
Without knowing your self, All knowledge is Futile’ – Who Am I? “When you know your inner truth you become capable of knowing the truth of the whole universe”. Discover the answer during this 7-days intensive meditation course.
Meditation is a thoughtless condition, the state of total awareness of the mind.
Awareness is inclusive of everything without reacting to anything. That is why it lets you fully enjoy whatever is happening in your life without suffering it.
Meditation brings deep transformation of the body, breath, mind and emotions. It brings fresh, joyful and peaceful energy to our life.
7 days intensive meditation
Who teaches
Swami Ashok Samdarshi offers authentic meditation teaching and spiritual guidance one on one, in couple sessions, and in small groups of five to ten people. His teaching rests on three roots — the eight limbs of Patanjali, the hundred and twelve techniques Shiva gives in the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, and Buddha's vipassana — carried forward through Osho, Gurdjieff, Zen, J. Krishnamurti, etc.
An Osho disciple with a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry, he integrates Eastern practice with a contemporary scientific approach. The result is deliberately experiential: understanding of the inner and outer world, what to do with thoughts and emotions, and how to release energetic and emotional blockages permanently.
What is taught
The yoga sutras taken as a meditation method rather than as philosophy — how to follow the eight limbs in order until the meditative state is not something you enter but something you are in.
From the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, where Devi asks what reality is and Shiva answers with a hundred and twelve methods. A few are chosen for you. A few are enough.
Buddha's method: watching, without adding anything to what is watched. The most direct of the three roots and usually the hardest to leave alone.
An hour of active and non-active technique with music. The body moves first — so that the stillness which follows is arrived at rather than imposed on a mind that was never asked.
Pranayama taught as meditation, not as exercise. The one part of the nervous system you can address directly, treated with corresponding care.
Looking, hearing, smelling, touching and tasting turned from habits into doorways. The senses of knowledge become senses of freedom.
Working through the centres, with particular attention to opening the heart. Held as a working map, never as a diagnosis.
Physical, mental and emotional blockages, released at the root rather than managed at the surface. This is the part of the work most people arrive without expecting.
What the work changes
The focus is on the experiential and transformational side of meditation, taught in a spiritual-scientific way, rather than on simply handing over practices and hoping.
The central skill, and the one everything else rests on. Watching what arises without stepping in to approve it, correct it or push it away.
Physical, mental and emotional blocks cleared at the root — including, for those who want it, the karmic level.
Attachment and desire loosen on their own once awareness is steady, and relationships and nature stop being something to manage.
What you can join
Only the intensive has a fixed fee. The rest is arranged in conversation.
4 hours 30 minutes a day, in three sessions — one on one, as a couple, or in a small group of five to ten. Theory, practice and sharing, plus an hour of active and non-active meditation with music.
Enquire
One on one, as a couple, or in a small group, in person or over a call. For direction, for difficulty, or for a practice that has stopped moving.
Enquire
Chakra cleansing and balancing, heart opening, and the release of physical, mental and emotional blocks at the root.
Enquire
A single active and non-active technique with music. The shortest way to find out whether any of this is for you.
Enquire
Group meditation, facilitated workshops and talks — as taught in Osho ashrams, schools and villages across India.
Enquire
The course does not end on the seventh day. Guidance continues afterwards, at whatever interval your practice actually needs.

Journal
Concentration narrows; meditation widens. One is the mind working hard at a single point, the other is the mind not working at all. A short note on why the difference matters from the very first sitting.
Most of what we call attention is really preference — we attend to what we like and edit out the rest. Awareness is what remains once that editing stops, and it is why nothing has to be endured.
Before the path there was a laboratory. What an organic chemist notices about meditation is that the body is not a metaphor — breath, mind and emotion are one system, and moving one of them moves the others.
